The ex-miss world and superstar of Indian film industry Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has just survived a suicide attempt in her in-laws home. Media reports claim that Aishwarya took the heavy dose of tranquillizers and wanted to end her life. When found out by the family, doctors were immediately called for her treatment.
Bachchan Family tried to keep the incident secret; that’s why didn’t take Aishwarya to the hospital. Even the doctors who checked her and washed away her stomach were not allowed to reveal the details.
Media reports (NewsTribe and dozen other news outlets) say that a physician who treated the actress had disclosed this on a condition of anonymity. He also told that after becoming conscious again, Aishwarya said,
“Let me die, It is better to die than living such pathetic life.”
Rumours of Aishwarya’s troubled marriage were already roaming in media. Aishwarya’s bold scenes with Ranbir Kapoor in her recently released film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil were also criticised by her in-laws. So nothing is hidden about the fact that Aishwarya Rai’s marriage was in crises. Earlier many news about the clashes of the actress with her in-laws erupted.
Still, the Bachchan Family is denying any such reports and told that these were the just fabrication and nothing such happened.
