Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has issued a special message for the nation on the occasion of the 70th national day of Pakistan.
In a video message that ISPR posted on Twitter, General Bajwa said, “On 23rd March 1940 we pledged to create Pakistan, and we succeeded. Let’s promise that we would make Pakistan free from trouble mongers.”

General Bajwa who succeeded General Raheel Sharif as Army chief of Pakistan is leading the operation Radd-ul Fassad against terrorists.
On this particular occasion, he asked the nation to pray that country becomes purged of extremists and terrorists so that peace rules once again.
Operation Radd-ul Fassad is another operation against the terrorists initiated after the terrorist attacks followed by the vicious Lahore blast at Mall road the took the lives of innocent people including Police officials.
