Pakistani bowler Mohammad Irfan's mother passed away

Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Irfan’s mother has passed away on Monday.

The bowler was in Australia for playing the one-day cricket series that would start from 13 January. According to a PCB official, Muhammad Irfan is coming back to the Pakistan due to this tragic incident; he may miss few starting matches of the series. Till now the board has not announced his replacement.

It was in September 2016, when Irfan had played for Pakistan on an international level. He became unfit after his body broke down five overs in a one-day match against England. The man has been called back to play a critical role for the team against Australia after he gave an excellent performance in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy cricket tournament in Pakistan.

As the news of Mohammad Irfan’s demise broke out, his teammates and ex-cricketers too to the twitter and expressed their condolences.
