Leg-spinner Yasir Shah and fast bowler Wahab Riaz were got into a scuffle with each other during net practice on Wednesday, one day before Pakistan clash against Australia in the first Test match.
Are they wrestlers, footballers, cricketers or nothing but amateur kids who have Pakistan jersey provided by defunct PCB?
According to geo news, things got serious while the two cricketers were playing football. Both cricketers were involved in a dispute which got physical before other players broke up the fight.
This is not the first time that Pakistani cricketers ended in a brawl while playing soccer, last time Inzamam ul Haq (Now chief selector) got involved with veteran Younis Khan and exchanged some meaty meeting of limbs.
Both are the bowlers; both have to plan joint strategy and clutch the respective bowling ends. This is how they are going to do this?
So far the team management has not responded to any queries regarding the incident or addressed it all together. Pakistan will play their first Test match of the tour against Australia on Thursday.
Patience will be the key when Australia takes on Pakistan in the day-night first Test in Brisbane starting on Thursday (December 15) in a bid to set up the three-match series. And here are the players showing their patience so amazingly. They deserve standing ovation. Seriously what’s wrong with the management and the players?
Pakistani players have to understand; they are in Brisbane to tackle Australia not each other.
Pakistan hasn’t won in 11 series in Australia, losing its last three series 3-0, and also its last nine Tests Down Under since 1999. It is still recovering from a 0-2 series loss to New Zealand, including an ignominious collapse of nine wickets in the final session of the second Test in Hamilton.
Pakistani players lack the professionalism; all credit goes to PCB, who never prioritize this.
Pakistan briefly topped the ICC Test rankings this year but is currently placed fourth, while Australia is third behind top-ranked India.
If this remains their behavior and this is how they are going on the field? Then we know the results in advance. If Pakistan wants to come home as a winner, they have to resolve and keep aside their personal issues and come forward as a joint unit.
