Jagga Jasoos, the much awaited Indian movie, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif was supposed to be released on 14th July.
But the reports confirmed that until Tuesday, three days ahead of its release, the film was not ready and expected to come out after 14th of this month.
Consequently, the primary producers of the film Disney India threatened to sue Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Basu for the damages to be caused by the delay, as both of them are the co-producers of Jagga Jasoos.
The film, however, faced many postpones and delays as initially, it was going to be released in 2015, then in 2016 and now finally in 2017.
Therefore, Disney can not afford much more delays to their movie and may sue both the co-producers to the amount of about Rs.50 crores for violating the contract.
Reportedly, Anurag Basu was not done with his post-production work and blame has been laying on Pritam, the music composer, who has taken much time to cover the musical task.
This resulted in many things to be pending till the last moments and panicked the post-production team.
Though Jagga Jasoos will after all make it to the cinemas all the erupted chaos and tensions will might harm the professional image of the team.
