What is MNP?

All the mobile networks in Pakistan offer Mobile Number Portability (MNP), meaning you can continue to have the same mobile number after changing your network operator.

  • Bring your active cellular SIM card and original CNIC.
  • Make sure that the number is registered in your name.
  • SMS “MNP” to 667
  • Forward the received message to 76321 (charges will be applied)
  • Show the received details to the franchise representative.
  • After biometric verification, the company will provide a new SIM card.
  • You will have to pay Rs. 100 to acquire the SIM
  • It will take 4-14 working days for switching over to Jazz.
  • As a welcome sign, the company will offer some free minutes. They are currently offering 700 free minutes, 700 free SMS, and 700 free MBs internet for 7 days.

Telenor Pakistan

Thinking about converting your current network and becoming a part of Telenor Pakistan’s family? Here is how you can accomplish this task.

  • Visit your nearest Telenor Pakistan franchise.
  • Bring your active cellular SIM card and original CNIC.
  • Make sure that the number is registered in your name.

  • Visit your nearest Zong center, franchise, or Main office.
  • Bring your active cellular SIM card and original CNIC.
  • Make sure that the number is registered in your name.
  • SMS “MNP” to 667
  • Forward the SMS to 76313 (charges will be applied)
  • Share the received details with the franchise representatives.
  • You will get a new Zong SIM, and the number portability process will complete in four working days.
